It should be a wonderful concert with the Zelenka down as number 3 in the programme.
My involvement with C.P.E.Bach goes back to the 1950's and the "Bach and Beyond" programme has his Magnificat as item 1. It is a work dating from the 1740's and was used as a "calling card" when he was looking for a new job. It remains as one of my favourite pieces of his music and long-preceeded the huge volume of Church music (including the borrowings from Homilius - see Carus's website) - written when he took over Hamburg music after Telemann's death in the 1760's.
