The Title of this CD is 'Psalmi Vespertini I'. Does this title imply that there will be a 'Psalmi Vespertini II' at some point? Which works would that include?

Yup!! I will outline what we can expect. I recommend looking at the 'Vespers Psalms' section of Janice Stockigt's great book to give a proper awareness of them, and more details besides (see google-books preview).
So, the 7 psalm settings for first vespers cycle of 1725 were all available and are found on the new disc.
Of his second cycle of around 1726-8, 8 settings are still extant out of a total 11. They are the following [ordered according to Zelenka's Inventarium]:
1. Dixit Dominus ZWV68 (recordings have already made of this)
3. Beatus Vir ZWV76 (a recording has been made, and also this one recently uploaded: https://youtu.be/r4tl--mUeUo)
5. Laetatus Sum ZWV 88 (as far as I'm aware, never recorded)
6. Nisi Dominus ZWV72 (never recorded)
7. Lauda Jerusalem ZWV104 (never recorded)
8. Magnificat ZWV107 (recordings already made)
10. Credidi ZWV 85 (find synthetic audio file in "e-downloads" section of jdzelenka.net)
18. [numerical discrepancy because Z placed it further down the list] De Profundis ZWV96 (audio file also downloadable)3 are missing from Vespertini II, the Confitebor, Laudate Pueri and Laudate Dominum.
Even more sadly, half of the entire Psalmi Vespertini III of c.1728 is missing (7 out of 14). As far as I know, the In Exitu ZWV 84, Laudate Dominum ZWV 87 and Memento Domine David ZWV 98 have been recorded from that cycle, and the mock-up of In Convertendo ZWV 91 you can find in e-downloads.Finally, there is the 4th Cycle of c.1728/9. This is a completely separate group (titled: 'Psalmi Separatam Scripti) to the previous 33 psalms settings, and have different instrumentation & orchestration. The solo Trumpet and Tenor (or Soprano) Laudate Pueri ZWV 81 is well known, the nice Bass solo Confitebor ZWV71 and beautiful galante-frilly Laetatus Sum ZWV 90 can be heard on YouTube (SVF's channel).
There is a lot to look forward to. In my opinion 'Vespertini I' possibly has the highest level of composition, but I'm sure the other cycles will still pleasantly surprise me :D.

Thank you so much! This is very informative.

Do we know if they have plans to record all four for sure?I remember reading a couple of times that they plan to do 3 CDs, but that is just my memory, which might not be accurate! Both Adam Viktora and Gabriela Eibenova hinted that they'll be doing the next ones. They definitely started this with the intention of doing more of the Vespers Cycles. Their current plans I don't know however (fingers crossed for more!!).
One thing they have done very recently is a few of Bach's 'Early Cantatas' in concert. I would sure like to hear that at home

I thought I'd update this thread with the solid confirmation that Ensemble Inégal have embarked on a "four year project" to do Zelenka's Psalm cycles. I guess this means that they'll include the 4th cycle too, 'Psalmi Varii - Separatam Scripti' :D.
See this thread for their forthcoming 23rd June concert of Psalmi Vespertini II. Adam Viktora did also say in this Opera Plus article that they'll be recording it for CD some time this year.
Again, to list the works included: Dixit Dominus ZWV 68, Beatus Vir ZWV 76, Laetatus Sum ZWV 88, Nisi Dominus ZWV 72 Lauda Jerusalem ZWV 104, Magnificat ZWV 107, Credidi ZWV 85 and De Profundis ZWV 96.
