It was a different interpretation to the CD recording (sweeter and more relaxed in my opinion) so quite interesting to hear.
On further listening - I would say it is a far superior version. Very crisp and well rounded in its shape: It sounded much more like a mourning Requiem for a beloved King.
Oh, and the Handel is *exquisite*.
